Refunds and Returns
Customers must inspect the products within 14 days of receipt and promptly inform PunctureSafe UK of any defects or discrepancies. This 14-day period is deemed a reasonable time to assess the products for defects. Failing to notify us within this time-frame will be considered acceptance of the products. No product may be returned without prior approval from PunctureSafe South Wales. Customers must return products at their own risk and expense, with an RA (Return Authorization) number obtained by emailing enquiries@puncturesafe-southwales.com or calling 08000 98 27 56. The RA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
Products returned to PunctureSafe UK become our property. If the product's failure wasn't due to a defect in materials or workmanship under the manufacturer's warranty, we reserve the right to charge for the product, with prior notice to the customer.
